A black activist who urges pregnant mothers to teach their unborn children about racism addressed civil servants as part of a Home Office diversity programme, this Substack can reveal.

Uju Asika, an expert on “anti-racist parenting”, has claimed that children as young as three are “conditioned to be biased against people of a different race” and urged parents to be “proactive” in countering racial bias.
